Whatever you are living in San Francisco or planning to
visit San Francisco I’m pretty sure that you will want to read this blog. We can
start with me. I just have a year and a half
living in San Francisco, working in a hotel meeting people from
everywhere and giving them recommendations where to go and I still have tons of
places to visit, things to do and
recommendations to follow and to give out.
Why San Francisco?? Well… basically because is where I’m
leaving right now but I will definitely continue writing about more good places
to visit. Ok ok summer in San Francisco but honestly is not that much summer
going on right here, please if you want to meet the real summer in California
wait until mid or ends of august so you can appreciate the awesome weather that
California can offers you.
Besides Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, what else you can
find in this magic city? We can start with the basics of San Francisco; you can
start your checklist in this summer and ask yourself how well you know San
Francisco as a resident or as a tourist.
Does that was too basic for you.. well let’s check if you
have been in the top ten best views in this city
You can also visit Sausalito
(20min driving North from San
Francisco)
Muir Woods
(37 min driving North from San Francisco)
(1 hour driving North from San Francisco)
Yosemite (3 hours 10 min east from San Francisco)
(1 hour 10 min
north from San Francisco)
Santa Cruz
(1 hour and 30 min south from San Francisco)
(2 hours
driving South from San Francisco)
So... we still have summer time to plan something let's set the date, time and budget..!

I like the theme of this blog. I have lived here for going on 4 years and I feel like there is still so much for me to learn. Even watching these videos, I saw a lot of places that i still want to visit. I also like all of the places that you included that are around San Francisco and the driving distances. I also like how you talked about the weather because anybody that has ever been to San Francisco knows that summer here is not much of a summer until late August. I am excited to see where you go with this blog because I would like to learn some new things and visit some new places in the city.
ReplyDeleteI like your idea of travel local. I have been living in SF for six years but I always feel as a newcomer in the city. There are so many places to visits in Bay Area. Thanks for sharing a lot of places to go
ReplyDeleteI'm in the same boat as a lot of people: having lived here for three years and never really gotten to explore most of the city. I love your ideas here and can't wait to try some!
